TIME: 7.30 pm
ATTENDANCE OR APOLOGIES: Please RSVP your attendance or apologies by 11 am Monday 2nd June 2025 However, to ensure we have appropriate space and seating, the venue management have requested numbers attending at least 2 days in advance of the meeting, we therefore ask ALL ATTENDEES to register by Friday 30th May 4 pm.
NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE: Nominations should be made using the form below and be submitted no later than 11 am, Monday 26th May 2025 (Nominations now closed)
APPOINTMENT OF PROXY: Signed proxies to be submitted no later than 24 hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which the proxy is appointed.
VOTING: Members must be current SFSC Financial members to be eligible to vote and be 18 years of age.
